Northline is a hosted desk for a company’s own clients, invoices, receipts, and agreements. The subscription is for that desk. It does not include an AI model, email, Drive, a calendar, or an Apple product.
The customer brings those accounts if they want them. Use of an AI provider such as Anthropic, Google, or xAI is billed by that provider.
Draft invoices and agreements are starting documents. Sending, signing, and filing stay with a person.
A trial can edit the book. If the subscription lapses, the book stays readable and edits lock until it is paid. The owner can export before deletion.
The customer owns the records they enter. They must have the right to store their clients’ details here.
